BluRay will still be around or at least they'll still be making PS3 games at that point. As a format however it will never be as successful as Sony wants it to be simply because people aren't going to rebuy all those DVDs as BluRay just like when they dumped their VHS collections for DVD. By 2011 some new far superior technology will be on the market (Ultra-high speed downloads, flash drives whatever) and BluRay still comprising less than half the market will be stomped out of existence by it.
