The message is clear....even after "winning" the format war, brd STILL lacks acceptance from consumers, and Sony will have to dig DEEP to push it this holiday season. So, let's get the picture clear...they need to combat M$ moves, and Wii's dominance, and they have to offer incentives to push brd to consumer...seems like a costly project with no assurances of success. USB 2.0 is already a standard, and you've got flash drive for as cheap as 10 bucks for 8gb...in another year, that'll probably be the cost of 16gb, and 32 in another year, if not sooner...time will tell, but I don't think it's assured brd will become the dvd of this generation.
