I won't disagree that it would be nice for absolute confirmation but I watched the interview both nights and the bolded comments simply weren't there...so if on their very own website say she said those things in the interview I think I can reasonably conclude they edited them out.
If you were making the choice and your network was being accused of biased cuts in the editing room would you OK the release of documents and evidence supporting that position? I think the lack of official documentation on the part of the offending party is expected rather than suspicious.
Clearly for those who didn't see the interview they can only rely on those who did see it unless they can get their hands on a copy of the actual broadcast. Which you can see here (found on RCP):
