For everything that the PS3 comes with out of the box, I think the price is definetly justified. Sony is not looking to have 4 or 5 years with this console as their competitors, but 10 years. The hardware is future proof and even if they just added more features to Ps4 without a dramatic graphics jump, that would be fine.
Sony shouldn't even consider a price cut to temporarily boost sales IF they were really serious about wanting the console to be around fpr as long as they plan.
They are not after the battle, but the WAR. ( One in which I think they will lose to nintendo by the way, I just tried to be as objective as possible..... nothing wrong with a respectable second place)
