If it were to come on the Wii or 360 I'm sure some of these comments wouldn't exist, or the matter of fact all of them.

 It isn't a big deal. If this came to the Wii people would be slapping their faces asking why are they getting more shovelware and if it came to the 360 no one could care less.

This is incomplete bonus feature included in the special edition of a game you are never going to get made into its own game. This is even more pathetic than Silent Hill Origins begin ported to the PS2 to try and salvage it.
