I own all three, and if I had to lose 2, and keep 1... I'd keep Folklore... although I'm not really much of a racing fan. I got Motorstorm bundled in the first place, so take my opinion on it with a grain of salt.
Honestly there aren't really any Sony-published games in the $30 range you can go wrong with... Even Lair was decent for the price I paid. Heavenly Sword is awesome for that price, if you don't own it already. R&C is also awesome.
