Monegan? He told Palin's office to stop pressuring him to fire Wooten, because the case was closed and he'd already served his suspension, and the amount of phone calls he was getting was too obvious and they could be tracked, and Wooten would be able to sue them. So they forced Monegan to try to force him to relocate to a completely separate job. So Monegan sued them himself. The whole lawsuit is about her asking him to fire Wooten, over and over for years. That's the one thing that's absolutely certain so far: the amount of tracked phone calls. Some were recorded.
