Which current generation console has the best controller?

Wii controller is far better than the other two for some things (such as first person shooters) but not as good for other things (such as racers/fighters). For Wii racing games, I typically use the wavebird, which is much better than the 360 controller for fighters (it has a good d-pad). 

Still, if I could use one of my 360 controllers for smash brothers or Mario Kart, I would.  Because we don't have enough wavebirds ;)

 

lower quality? i have 5 xbox 360 controls .. i use two of them everyday since 1.5 years and they're working fine.. i really like them..

Ps3 control: i like it, it works fine.. is excellent for fighting games and good for shooters..>

Wii controls: umh..they are funny the first time you use them..
