I've never been a fan of PS controllers but I have to admit that the Dpad on the PS3 dualshock controller feels great. Its like someone already worked it in for me.
The 360 controller is by far the best cotroller for FPS games ans the analog layout is optimized for that. And it feels more confortable in your hands...
Wii has motion control hence you cant really compare it. Here is how i would rank the controllers on all the systems i have owned...
