This is totally just a personal opion type question/post. They all have advantages, but I like the 360 controller. It feels better in MY hands. It felt even better when adding the small qwerty messenger attachment/accessory. I never take it off. PS3 thumb sticks are too close, it is too light, and cramps my hands. If you are talking about innovation Wii hands down.
It's your pick, buy want you want. You are going to do what you want to do with your money anyway. Our opinions on the topic should barely matter to you anyway.
