I live in the Clear Lake area, less than 5 miles from Galveston Bay, so I got the hell out of there around this time yesterday. I'm sitting in a hotel room in San Antonio now. Seriously, if any of you are in the madatory evacuation zones, you should leave immediately. There's a reason they are telling you to leave.
