i think its bad what happend to her and i would like to get her the help she needs, should she not have made those choices hell yes!
should the guys who commited the crime be punished , 2x hell yeah
*edit* i see it more of like this, watching a little kid running with scissors and being told he could get hurt, then the little kid giving you the finger and picking up the pace, he trips and falls and losses a eye, yeah you feel bad for him but at the same time he had the warning signs in front of him not to be doing it
