I agree, that's way overanalyzing this. Are we all so paranoid whenever there is an election that everything said must have some latent meaning.
I don't know what is more bothersome to me, this entire fiasco or the Tucker Bounds interview with Campbell Brown which resulted in John McCain pulling his interview from Larry King... but that's a completely other event actually worth discussing.
