As I said in the news thread, it is interesting that two of the three biggest differentials in software sales were on the Wii.
And as myself and others have pointed out before -- NPD does not get data from Wal-Mart or Toys R Us ... two big Wii sellers. Thus, its estimates may not be as good as VGChartz estimates for Wii software.
Also, given that NPD seems to sometimes fudge numbers to make up differences, that may also explain MK Wii -- which VGC had 50k higher than NPD in July.
