 Only in my country, no. Not in your country, perhaps. Eulas have been upheld in more than a few European countries. It has been a while since the days where I actually cared about these things but I could try to dig up some sources for you if you like.

I worded my self wrong in that post because it does exist but they have been modified acording to our laws in respective country.

But most countries do have copyright and IP laws, licensing laws, etc. While they may not be exactly the same from one nation to the next, there are legal boundaries/rights.

Somehow, I can't see any software company distributing software to a country completely devoid of copyright laws.
