Motorstorm on the PSP?

Maybe this is what BigBig Studios is working on.

They're a subsidiary of Evolution Studios, and they haven't announced anything since releasing Pursiut Force a while back.

 

Never heard of that studio (BigBig Studios), but I would love to have BigBig Studios the creators of Pursuit Force make this game. Because Pursuit Force was awesome! The driving physics in that game was spot on. Even though I didn't actually own it, it was a decent game that was certainly worth a look and currently underrated in my opinion.
