Kingdom Hearts the game that fools you into thinking that it's amazing

i loved the first kingdom hearts for its story,characters,atmosphere,and nostalgia.the combat wasnt bad either,you tap x...so? it was still fun.what do you do in turn based rpgs...hit x and select moves.
