for math the better way is just to do as much exercices you can
for physics the most important thing is to know how to put the problem most of the time it will me like F=ma or E=1/2mv^2 + 1/2mgz it's always about equality.
F= force (strength)
m= masse (weight)
v= vitesse (speed)
E = energy
g = gravity (9.81 m/s^2)
z = height
bio do like i did just listen to the teacher
and for the rest the only thing to do is practice practice pratice
