Start working out. Do a Rocky Montage with Eye of the Tiger playing. In a few weeks you should be good to take on anything, even Apollo Creed.
Manus has it right. Try to make a smart comeback or something witty in front of a lot of people. They would either stop or put you in a trashcan/locker.
