Simple: Find the hottest chick in school, pay her $25 to hand around with you whilst you're around these peeps. They'll be jealous, and want to know how. Bullying solved.
btw - It would be much cheaper if the hot chick happens to be a relative - but make sure no one finds out about that, 'cause it could get a lot worse.
