Mistwalker is second party at best, and really I'd say they're third party. From Software is doing Ninja Blade, and they're also third party.

I guess they have Lionhead, Rare, and Turn 10

• Xbox Live Productions: A new first-party studio set up to develop Xbox Live Arcade games and digital video content.
