Is Insomniac The New Rare?

In my opinion, the only rare game I've ever liked (besides goldeneye- they made that, right?) is killer instinct..every other game from rare has been lack-luster for me..not necessarily horrible, but just not that good..

Insomniac is much better and more consistant than Rare
