Any certain reason for that logic?

The Xbox 360 is just getting to some sort of decent price for the consumer (IE, $199 for Arcade).

As the price drops for the base-level entry to "next gen", we will see consumers shift in their demand for consoles. No console, sans the X360 is below $200. How then could you say that it's crested when it hasn't even had an agressive, or decent price drop?

Thats like using the logic that the PS3 has seen the best possible sales in 2008, and won't ever be stronger.

I guess I see most of the people waiting for price cuts buying this holiday, rather than next.  There's also the possibility of a PS3 price cut next year (unsure about this), which would eat into its sales.  Like I said though, I'm betting next year will be very close to this year, so I wouldn't be surprised if it peaked 2009.  I just think 2010 is seriously pushing it, I mean that would mean the 360 would end up with something like 80+ million consoles, wouldn't it?
