I remember hearing that in like...grade school, but I probably drink a can or two of the stuff every week, I think I'd notice if it had any adverse effects other than my big gut.

Oh and I hate Vanilla Coke.  I never tell that to my friend, but it's just too damn sweet...I prefer Pepsi for cola anyway.
