That's Clinton's fault.
Seriously. If you look at the Gini Coeeficient it rised largest during Clinton. Reagan was the second largest.
In 1994 there was an unexplainable huge jump...
Bush amazingly has the Gini Coeeficient right about where Clinton left it. He was oddly good for the gap between the "rich and poor'.
It was rising... then dropped off suddenly in 2007.
Guess his crappy economy has hit the rich harder... or something. Can't explain it... but it's true.
