I'd assume better balancing and a slight graphics upgrade ala Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection.
I also heard a few weeks ago that while the original version was originally planned for ps3 release, they are currently deciding whether to continue with that plan or wait and release Bloodline Rebellion.
I assume we'll here something at TGS concerning a ps3 version.
