I wonder if someone is going to file a lawsuit (class action) anyone against Microsoft for knowing selling a defective product.
Because if the allegations made in this report are true, that is really what they did -- and that is grounds for a potential lawsuit.
Of course, proving it would be another matter.
Just something to ponder.
