TEENAGERS!!?!?! its not like they're 5, unless they have down syndrom or something they know exactly what they were doing and should be punished accordingly. Cutting off their pet and video game privledges for a token amount of time is NOTHING compared to the heinous nature of their crime. They should have gotten 2-3 years minimum, probably more. They need to be sodomized by a 250 pound cellmate nightly for a year for that.
