Honestly my laptop can run it and it is a 5 year old POS.

My laptops graphics card got fried last week so I'm stuck with a so-so computer that doesn't really meet the minimum and a laptop that is nowhere near. So yeah, I'm serious.

My PC is downstairs so I don't feel like going to see what exactly is in it, but here's the laptop I'm using:
HP Intel PEtium M processor 1.6GHz
480MB of Ram
Some crummy integrated graphics car
So yeah, I know the laptop can't run it. My PC is better but still pretty sure it won't run it too.
