Glad this thread had nothing to do with Obama/McCain.
Libraries realize that if no one goes, the Gov will stop supporting.
People who love the library/don't want to lose their jobs are abandoning Benjamin Franklins original ideology and are allowing non educational media into the library. I would be for it, but it runs counter to my political philosophy that "when it comes to doing it yourself (earning money and buiyng/renting a movie) or having the governement do it for you (earning money, having it taxed away, and then going to borrow a movie from the library) its better to do it yourself.
Both ideologies are valid and open to debate, and I think the whole media in library thing is more about ideology and conflict of interest than Americans being idiots.
