I hope that was sarcasm, since New Orleans isn't even that big of a city (population, size, economic power). And didn't Gustav damage Baton Rouge a lot more than New Orleans? At least that's what I was told in the thread from Outlaw, so I don't really remember. And I definitely care about oil prices. The whole damn world does.

Also, it rained here like crazy from Gustav. Ruined what would have been an otherwise fun Saturday

 

 

New Orleans is an economic powerhouse.  25% of all natural gas made in America is made there.  Gustav almost overtipped the levees in New Orleans.  It just barely made it.
