Umm...you know The Departed is a direct copy of Infernal (Internal?) Affairs right? Except IA had Asian actors and came out a few years BEFORE The Departed.
I can't say #1 favorite, but for now I'd say The Punisher. Not the Dolph Lungren version.
Then it's like Cyborg (1989) and The Dark Knight. Maybe Tango & Cash.
