Between the 2 links I gave you, I'll re-post a thread I made. It contained (IMO), the best 10 cheap/reduced price X360 games.
The list featured:
Viva Pinata ($30-$40) - Great fam-friendly game, but awesome sim-farm style gaming.
Kameo ($20-$30) - a great Rare platform game in the style of Banjo Kazooie.
Condemned ($30) - one of the best survival horror games ever made. Scarier than Resident Evil and Silent hill.
Test Drive Unlimited ($40 or less) - a great open-world racer. It combines NFS:MW and Forza in an awesome awesome game.
Call of Duty 2 ($30) - A great FPS that set the watermark for the X360
Dead Rising ($30-$40) - a phenominal action/adventure game by Capcom.
