I'll say it again, the third party exclusive is all but dead. People ought to be buying systems based on the first party selection and side features. This is why Home and Live are so key. This is why the differences in the featuresets are so important. Microsoft have set themselves up well by creating a very compelling online service, and Sony has anticipated this shift by buying up and developing a huge number of first-party developers. Only time will tell who had the better philosophy.
Microsoft has a good number of first party titles for 360 just for this year. Beyond that the 360 has many 3rd party titles that will likely remain exclusive or at most be on PC (mass effect for example).
I think allot of this has to do with the markets in Japan and the US. If the 360 continues to do well in the US, with PS3 sales lagging behind significantly, than American developers will have little reason to port their titles to the PS3 since they wont sell well in Japan regardless of system. On the other side the PS3 may smash the 360 in Japan, but many of those currently exclusive Playstation titles also sell well in the US. This will lead to Japanese developers porting their PS3 games to Microsoft's platform mainly for the US market, but in the process will make 360 a bit more appealing in Japan.
