Well, I think McCain did alright for himself ... According to the following article, preliminary data shows that McCain's speech was more popular than Obama's acceptance speech. This doesn't (necessarily) mean that McCain actually had more viewers, but he certainly would not be dramatically lower than Obama's speech.
