it definitely isn't the lower graphics giving the DVD more room for content.. because the 360 (i think) and PS3 disc mediums both have a fair amount more space than the wiis standard dvds..
actually.. i think 360 is limited by dual-layered discs too, so it may very well be the 360 version holding back the content of the ps3 version.. that said, extra modes wouldn't nearly take up more room than graphics unless new sounds/textures are required
