George W. Bush has had the support of the House and Senate for the war in Iraq, it is (nearly) impossible to prove that Bush knew the intelligence was incorrect which is what it would take for an impeachment to be successful, and (generally speaking) voters would punish the Democrats if they did impeach Bush because it would be seen as a partisan political move.
