Samsung: "Blu-ray has 5 years left"

i dont understand his logic....so BD will last until 2013..a year after he says we will be in an HD world? Wouldnt that mean BD will become completely mainstream and accessible in roughly 4 years according to his final comment? Just sort of confusing to me.
