No matter what voting based on race is racist. If you truly believe that race and gender aren't an issue then you shouldn't care if every single president from now on is a white male or if every single president is a black male or woman or anything.
Also sticking it at CNN, with their logic, 50% of the country will be voting for McCain guaranteed because what will women say to their kids and grand kids when they ask if they voted for the first female VP.
