put an add on Ebay to sell the system for a profit... if you sell it great you won money, otherwise don't buy it....
it's not that great a deal, what does the elite have above the 199 arcade? a hard drive and a better cable, that is it?, well that is for demos and you definitely don't need 120gigs.... unless you want to buy movies and such on live...
