That's just pure bull. The Republicans ended slavery for God's sake! The republican party championed civil rights from the beginning, it was the democrat party that stood in the way of that! (granted, there were some republicans that did too, but more republicans than democrats supported Civil Rights) I know several black republicans personally. Condi's black, and she has a very powerful position- Colin Powell, Clarence Thomas. The list goes on, like this partial list... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_African_American_Republicans. The Republican party was the first to welcome blacks into leadership positions.
Just because most of the African American population is democrat does not mean that somehow the Republican party is exclusive. What you stated is pure BS.
