Most of the time acts like this are a sign of SEVERE mental disorders, which one can only hope is the case here. Obviously the man needs to be examined to see if he has legitimate problems, or is just slime. If it turns out to the latter, throw that bastard into Gen. Pop. and see how long he lasts (lil' hint: less than a day)
