How did RE 2 on N64 compare to RE 2 on the PS1?

The only difference that I remember is that the cut scenes had to be compressed, which in turn made them a bit more pixelated. In fact, I think that the in game graphics were a bit better on the N64 than the PS1, but you have to keep in mind that the former came out quite a bit later than the latter.
