Sega can pull off a game like this if they hire outside studios to develop for them. (Condamned 2 for example). This being a sega of USA product, I think you may be right sadly.

That sucks I agree. Too Human did it 2 weeks ago, why couldn't sega give it a shot? Besides single player games don't sell well anymore...no reasoning what so ever.
