Joe Lieberman is upset that the Democrats didn't elect him in the Democratic primary last year.  Joe Lierberman went on to win the general election as an indpendent because of moderate Republicans.

Lieberman is acting entirely out of self-interest, if he had won the Democratic primary you would have saw him at the DNC instead.

I had no idea Connecticut had so many moderate republicans...

and that those 48% of democrats who voted for him in the primaries totally all changed thier votes.

Gee I wonder why the state always goes to Democrats... what with there large majority of conservative republicans.

Moderate republicans voted for him... sure.  However so did Moderate Democrats, and Independents.  Cause he's a centrist.

He has as much, if not more to lose by supporting McCain then he does Obama.
