I've played all of Halo 1, and some of Halo 2 and 3 in co-op as well as getting through most of Gears of War co-op. I'm not going to argue that it's not fun, because co-op with my room mate in Resistance: Fall of Man as well as Army of Two and split screen with him in Warhawk online is fun as hell, but local co-op isn't going to be as much of a deal breaker for me to make Gears of War 2 on the PC so much better.
Besides, Co-op wasn't what Twestern was talking about when he said that it's better on 360. I specifically see 'couch' and 'TV' used .

Since Gears on PC was SOOO much better. LOL. I guess a years wait is worth slightly better graphics, awkward keyboard/mouse controls, a small new level, some new multiplayer modes, and piss poor optimizations, then I guess yeah your right. People can do what they want, but I sure as **** ain't waiting to get it. I am gtting Spore for pc this fall and I think that is it. Unless Diablo 3 is coming out.

Actually that was a mistype.

Oops, I guess that makes me an asshole.

That's fine, but I've played it on the PC and there wasn't much of a difference between the PC and 360 versions in my eyes, just the fun game on the 360 on the PC too. I'd have to find my college friend again and ask him to barrow it again since I not only reformatted, but I also upgraded my video card recently, but it looked good and ran well enough without all the graphics being on high (I think the settings were on medium). Not only that, my speakers made it a great game to play when one of my room mates decided to have people over and pull an all nighter. I'm pretty sure it crashed a couple of times, but I'm the kind of person who saves a lot so it was only a minor inconvience. Lastly, when it comes to controls, they weren't awkward at all. You simply tweak the input options to suit what's comfortable for you and you're good to go or you could simply plug in a wired 360 controller and do the same thing.
