You're argument is full of fallacies. These statements have positive and negative connotations that you can apply to the argument. To make things nice and short:
If someone wants schools to teach Christianity, then you can logically deduce that they want their kids to learn Christianity.
If someone does not want schools to teach Christianity, you can not logically deduce if they want their kids to learn Christianity or not.
