Gustav looks like it might actually benefit the RNC. It's looking to be pretty mild and FEMA (and Captain Assclown, head of FEMA) actually did their job this time around.
Not to mention that Louisiana itself took a proactive approach and actually pushed the incredible idea that "hey, a lot fewer bad things will happen if we get people the fuck out of here before the storm hits".
