I think.
Remember that guy at the start of the game, Bulgarain, and he tries to kill you in that warehouse along with Little Jacob. During that mission i can't remeber if you actually kill him. Anyway, after that mission you never hear of him again until way later until the diamond thing, and i don't think you kill him there either.
So, i am betting that because you killed Dimitri, Bulgarian is gonna try and kill you.
Thats wot the DLC will be i think.
Please note, i am not sure if you actually kill him because i can't remeber but feel free to correct me.
