Just as an example Alaska is one of 25 states that explicitly allows minors access to contraceptives for all reasons, and I can't find anything that says Alaska has a statewide abstinance only education policy anyways. This is another case where we don't have all the facts and you could be making conclusions about them based on assumptions. |
